Pak Citizen Arrested in India's Rajasthan
A Pakistani citizen reportedly living in Rajasthan for the past 38 years without adequate documents was arrested by Sikar police on Monday.

Ummaed Khan, born in Rasulpur village of Rajasthan, worked at a place in undivided India which went to Pakistan after the partition in 1947. Khan continued to work there and also attained a Pakistani citizenship. In 1954, he visited his brother at his birthplace. In 1956, he visited again, but never to return. He was arrested by the police for violating Visa norms. He was shifted to various jails before he was finally handed over to Pakistan in 1974. But soon he entered the Indian Territory again with the help of forged documents.

The 70 something man is in police custody and would be produced in the court on Tuesday. He has been booked under several Acts including Passport Act and Foreigners Act.
