India releases 30 fishermen, 5 civilian Pakistani prisoners
In a good will gesture, India today released 30 fishermen and five civilian Pakistani prisoners. The move comes after bilateral talks between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif took place on May 27.

Earlier, Pakistan had also freed 150 prisoners as a goodwill gesture a day ahead of Sharif's visit to New Delhi. The prisoners who were released by Pakistan reached Vadodara in Gujarat late on Wednesday night.
