Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi by phone on Saturday.
Officials said that Erdogan and Morsi discussed the latest developments in Egypt.
Erdogan told him that Turkey has been following developments in Egypt and Egypt could overcome current problems with its profound experience.
Morsi informed Erdogan about the recent situation in his country.
