Sources told the Anadolu Agency (AA) that four children living in homes near the bank were wounded after Israeli jets hit the National Islamic Bank.
Fire crews extinguished a fire at the bank after the air strike.
Important financial data at the bank were damaged due to the air strike.
108 Palestinians have been killed while more than 800 others were wounded in Israeli air strikes since November 14.
